What will you be doing?
As a Sales Executive your role is vital to the growth of the company as you will be responsible for securing new logo customers as well as managing and growing existing sales accounts.
Reporting to the COO, your day-to-day responsibilities will typically involve the following:
- Implementing agreed call campaigns to potential new customers
- Creating new pipeline through telephone and electronic-based activities
- Identifying new business opportunities using all of the tools possible
- Handling all inbound sales calls from customers who wish to discuss our products
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets/KPIs
- Driving attendance to customer events programs and providing pre and post event follow up support
- Working with the marketing and product specialist teams to align campaigns and track performance
- Continually keeping up to date with developments within the payroll industry
- Understanding competitor presence within your territory
- Proactively identifying sector specific opportunities, suggesting marketing campaigns to support further sales growth
- Ensuring that all customer and sales information is accurately recorded within our CRM in a timely manner
- Following all internal processes to support the customer journey
- Suggesting ideas for continual improvement.
- Orchestrating and conducting value reviews with customers
- Territory planning supported by your direct Manager
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with the following experience:
- Minimum of 3 years new-business-sales/account management experience
- Capable of selling/upselling and cross-selling our service to B2B customers
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong organisation and administration skills
- Ability to perform in a collaborative and multi-disciplinary team
- Motivated and capable of performing under pressure
- Well-honed presentation skills, with a customer focused attitude
- Ability to skilfully navigate through negotiation phases
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor in addressing our customer’s business needs
- Willingness to travel nationwide.

- Quick learner
