Eurolink Motorway M3 Operation Ltd. is an incorporated Irish company that holds the concession contract for the operation and maintenance of the M3 Motorway in Ireland.

The company had been outsourcing payroll since inception and when renewal time came, put it to tender to review other options in the market. Due to the nature of the business, Eurolink M3’s payroll is a mixture of direct and indirect employees, whose salaries can change every month. This meant that any provider must be capable of strict timesheet management and have the flexibility to manage a fluid payroll.

After evaluating four providers, management made the decision to choose Paycheck Plus based on their proactive approach, responsive communications and willingness to work with management to tailor a solution that best suited their needs.

Paycheck Plus now looks after multiple payrolls for the group, and associated companies, which includes other businesses responsible for the operation and maintenance of motorways.

We have now been working with Paycheck Plus since September 2013 and have found them to be very supportive. We have found the expertise and payroll knowledge of Paycheck Plus a real benefit. Following advice and guidance received we have put in place new processes to ensure we are not only compliant with the Irish Revenue but also for ease of working. Following various discussions with Paycheck Plus even some general HR compliance issues have resulted in new processes being implemented to cover areas we were unaware of.
