Hard work pays off for payroll outsourcing company
CLOGHERHEAD based Paycheck Plus, a payroll outsourcing company struck gold at this year’s Louth County Enterprise Awards. At the awards luncheon Anne Reilly of Paycheck Plus won best service provider and overall winner.
‘We were up against stiff competition this year with Drogheda’s own Droichead Arts Centre and Servisource, who won last year.
‘It is great to be recognised for our service among our peers in Louth. I would like to thank all those at Louth County Enterprise Board who have supported us,’ she said.
All the winners of the seven categories are assessed for overall winner of the awards.
When the Paycheck Plus name was called out for the overall winner of this years awards, Ms Reilly was speechless.
In her acceptance speech, Anne told everyone that she is rarely speechless, an acknowledgement greeted with a nod and smile from her team present at the event.
Liam Woods, Chairman of Louth County Enterprise Board, Ronan Dennedy, CEO of Louth CEB, Joe English, Assistant CEO of LCEB, Una Curley, Plato Programme Manager and Joanna Gardiner, head of the judging panel were all present to hand-over the Garret Mallon designed award.
This is Paycheck Plus’ third award within six months. In October, Paycheck Plus received the payroll outsource company of the year award from iPass, the Irish Payroll Association, for the second year running.
Then in November, the best small company award went to Paycheck Plus at the Drogheda Business Excellence Awards.
