PaycheckPlus MD presenting the award for SME employer of the Year Corporate Responsibility Award to One4All Chief Executive Mr Michael Dawson.

At a glittering celebration of Fingal’s cream of Irish businesses, PaycheckPlus founder and Managing Director Anne Reilly,  presented the award to One4All’s Chief Executive, Michael Dawson.

The Team at PaycheckPlus were also delighted to win the Best Business Practice Excellence Award on the night.

The awards were part of the Fingal Dublin Business Excellence and Corporate Responsibilty Awards for 2014 hosted at the Crown Plaza by RTE’s Marty Whelan.

The Corporate Responsibility award was designed to recognise SME employers who demonstrate how their CSR policies attract socially conscious employees who rate pride and fulfilment in the workplace as a priority.  One4All demonstrated to the judges how they matched the values of their employees with their business and how it provided the basis for continuous and effective employee engagement.  As an outstanding organisation, One4All achieved outstanding results through key initiatives undertaken through a strong committment to CSR.  They gave evidence of a positive impact on the environment and local community and were the worth recipients of this prstigeous award.
